Ketsui Partners is a specialist advisory firm built around a narrow mandate: optimize capital structure and unlock excess liquidity. We work in the space between the treasury team and the lender, where the answer usually isn't more capital — it's a different arrangement of the capital already deployed.

We work on a small number of mandates at a time, senior-led from first call to close. Every engagement is scoped to the specific structure in front of us. There is no product being sold.
